Marvolo gave a quick rap on the door before trying the handle. It was unlocked, and so he suffered no guilt as he opened the door and entered Elan's office.
Akakios was, of course, with him. He lied quite comfortably across Marvolo's powerful shoulders. He was relaxed, but fully awake, his eyes half open.
"Word is the Defence Against the Dark Arts spot is open again next year," he said. His voice was strong and rich, and left no question about what he wanted.

"Why the Occlumency?" Elan asked kindly. "Don't you trust me, my friend?"
Though he said that, the fact he'd admitted that he was trying to use legilimency on Marvolo spoke volumes as well. "My sentiments towards your post have not changed since the last time we discussed them, Marvolo. You are just too good at the Dark Arts... a student could get hurt... then all of my vouching for you has gone to smitherines."
He added, "I'm telling you this because I care about you.... and the students. Besides, you're one of the greatest Occlumens on earth, as you're so blatantly demonstrating right now. Why deprive the students of having such a master as a teacher?"
In many ways, Elan was just like Dumbledore, whose picture was smiling serenely at Elan, this scenario being all too familiar.

"That question can go both ways, Elan. Are you second-guessing my intentions?" Marvolo asked back, tilting his head in question, his eyes boring into his friend's.
He listened with a growing stubborness becoming visible. It was clear he didn't like hearing this all again, and that he didn't want to take no for an answer. All the same, he kept calm and collected.
"But Elan! The first couple years are too young to even grasp occlumency, so I've always got a few free periods open. With those, I could easily take just a couple of the higher years for Dark Arts," Marvolo replied. "You just said yourself I'm one of the best at it, why shouldn't the older students learn from the best?"
"We both know the current system doesn't properly prepare them for the darkness out there..." he added convincingly.
He missed Dumbledore's smile, his eyes firmly on Elan's.

"Let him do it, Elan," came Dumbledore's voice. "We both know you'd trust him with your life."
"Thank you, Dumbeldore," Elan said coldly, not appreciating Dumbledore's usurping his authority. His voice warmed as he talked to Marvolo. "I'll let you teach two sections of NEWT Defense Against the Dark Arts... this way you'll be able to teach the defensive moves to the Dark magic you know well. But if one student gets hurt in your class, that's the end of it."

Marvolo began to smile, leaning back slightly. Akakios also shifted a bit, his eyes now fully open.
"Thank you Elan, Dumbledore," he said gratefully, now looking to Albus's portrait and gave a very quick bow of his head. "You will not regret this."
"Now, is there anything you wish of me, or shall I be on my way?" Marvolo asked. He was quite sure The Dark Lord would be pleased to hear of this.

"I've heard tell of a new Unforgiveable Curse... what do you know of it?" Elan asked. "The magic behind it, by all accounts, is apparently complex and brutal."
After a moment, he said, "I want you to perform it on me. I trust you and how can I work on a counterjinx without knowing what it feels like?"
Elan gave a visible shudder, fearing what it would do, but knowing that it was truly necessary.

"Elan, I-" Marvolo started, startled at the request. "I mean... I do know it... the Dark Lord made sure all of his followers learned. But... it IS brutal... I can't submit you to that, my friend..."
"It... it's made to imitate the most painful of rapes, using only the darkest of magic, as expected," he informed, leaving a question in there too: if Elan truly wanted him to do it, he would, but at least know what he was getting himself into.

"Elan, be careful what you ask," Came several voices of former headmasters.
"I know what I'm doing... I need to feel its effects if I'm going to come up with a countercurse." Elan stood and grasped his wand tightly, readying himself. He gave a nod to Marvolo, his signal to cast the curse.

Marvolo paused a moment, taking a breath, then took out his wand. Moving into a better position, Akakios hopped from his shoulders, landing upon the desk, where he watched with intrigue.
"On the count of three then. One... Two... Three," and with that, he growled a more aggressive, "Consturare!" and a beam of bright blue light shot from his wand, connecting right with Elan.
Marvolo fought down his smirk as he watched what happened next.

Immediately after the blue beam hit him, his robes melted away and he was lifted into the air and looked as though his torso was being magically supported while his legs and arms hung limp. Elan guessed that the disappearance of his robes was for a humiliation factor, but again, he trusted Marvolo. Several of the former Headmasters left their frames in disgust at what happened next.
Two bright blue penises formed in mid air, one behind Elan and the other in front of him. For five minutes, Elan was choked and raped. It culminated in two explosions, one in his throat the other in his intestine a strange potion came from the explosion that seemed to magnify the pain tenfold. Elan was dropped unceremoniously from where he was to the ground. With a wave of his wand, he re-robed, but the pain prevented him from moving for a few minutes as he waited for the potion to subside.

During the process, Marvolo had taken a seat near where Elan landed. He knew that any healing charm that he was to attempt to use on Elan right now would only magnify his pain further. So did all he could, he waited.
Once he'd sat, Akakios had quickly hopped onto his lap. Marvolo had pet him as Elan had been suffering, but it gave them both an excuse. For Akakios, he purred in content, and for Marvolo, it allowed him to show the very smallest of smiles.
"The Dark Lord wants to start using the Constupratus Curse on more and more people, leave his mark, as well as with it being so new, it'd throw everyone for a bit of a spin," he informed while Elan was still feeling the effects, and would understand the gravity of his words.

"You're right... this is powerful and brutal magic... how did he manage to get a spell to create its own potion?" Finally, the pain dulled and vanished and he got up to a wave of "Are you alright, Elan?" from the former headmasters. He faced the wall on which their pictures hung and raised his arms to silence them. "I am ok."
He turned to Marvolo and said, "We need a spell that can immediately take the pain out... I tried several that only exaserbated it. He walked with a strange limp over to his desk and sat down, continuously shifting uncomfortably. "I will attempt to come up with a spell... I'll summon you back here when I do. Once I've summoned you, you'll need to cast the curse again so that we can test the power of the countercurse. Meanwhile, I need you to go to the Dark Lord and tell him what I'm up to," he said then added with a smile, "Why keep Thomas out of the loop?"

Marvolo didn't have an answer to the first question, so he ignored it. He stood though, and followed him back over to the desk.
Elan's use of 'Dark Lord' surprised Marv slightly, but he showed no outward reaction. But at him being told he'd fill said Dark Lord in, Marvolo smirked.
"My sentiments exactly," he replied. "I believe he will be flattered and amused that you've taken such an interest in his dear curse, but perhaps if you're lucky, he may even get fearful..."

"We can only hope, my friend," he said dismissively.
"Now... unless there is any other business you've got with me, I think I'll turn in for the night."

"No, I believe I'm finished," he replied, standing. Akakios climbed back up onto his shoulders.
"Best of luck with your counter-spell." With that, he gave a low bow, then back at full height, took large strided-steps out the door.
He first walked back to his room to change his robes into ones that'd be slightly ore appropriate for the company he was about to join.
He then walked out of the castle's front doors, and walked to the point where he knew he'd be able to apparate, Akakios right at his side. Then, with a loud crack, they both disappeared into the night and appeared in front of Voleurdevie, in a much deeper bow than what he gave to Elan. Even Akakios knew to bow forward.
